What's an "Orchestration Unit"?
An Orchestration Unit (OU) is consumed each time a work item moves through a validated step in a workflow—for example, when a job moves from "Scheduled" to "In Progress" and Orcheros validates inputs, executes logic, and triggers notifications. Each tier includes a base OU allowance, with usage-based pricing for overages.
How do Success Fees work?
Success Fees are a small percentage (typically 0.5-2%) on revenue events that Orcheros directly orchestrates—like when an invoice is sent and paid. You only pay when work closes successfully. Think of it like Shopify's model: we win when you win. Fees can be passed through to customers or absorbed as a cost of doing business.
Do you really mean unlimited users?
Yes. Every person who touches work should be in the system—field crews, office staff, managers, owners. We never want you to hesitate about inviting someone. Your price is based on work volume and outcomes, not headcount.
What's included in a Workflow Pack?
Each pack includes pre-configured Work Types, stages, steps (using our 5×5 I/O Framework), templates, and dashboards. They're based on best-practice Deliberate Work patterns for specific use cases. You can use them as-is or configure them for your business.
